Mainly focused at PvP survivability but with some normal healing bonuses on top. Unsure about a few points, but overall I quite like it.
Think Akash has a good point about Blessed Resilience + Blessed Recovery quite possibly being better than Pain Suppresion for survivability.

firstly, if they don't fix blessed recovery, then it aint worth it. you get jumped by a rogue and crit for 2000, your BRecovery starts, he then crits you for 100 and BRecovery starts again - completely useless. Though seeing as it's either BRecovery or 3 points in Holy Spec. i guess you might be okayish... BRessiliance in principle is good, but a *chance* to not be crit for 6 seconds won't save your life. If you are attacked by more then 1 target, you're dead. Pain Suppresion you can have 3-4 people on you and still live with a sucessful heal. Lightwell is DEF. not worth it. Had it while in Naxx and found that it just doesnt preform well enough to be worth it. People are worried that they will waste it and wont heal themselves using it or even if they do, some other priest will heal them with a renew or flash. I think that the new 'jumping' heal will make lightwell even more redundent. Imp. Divine Spirit is a nice thing to have especially if you've got decent spirit (which at lvl70) i think you will.

i'd go with something like this for pvp/pve healing/survival build: http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=dxMGuIxzb0Eof0tIc

you don't get the increased healing + spiritual healing, but you get 5%
increase to all stats and imp. divine spirit.

Bres and Brec make for a pretty good combo tho. After that 2k crit you will likely be immune to criticals for 6 seconds which is exactly the same time Brec needs for a full cycle.

*if* it procs then okay. when bg healing though, the tendancy is to have several warriors charge you when you're healing. if you have brec/bres combo, you may not be crit, but the dps on you will pwn you pretty damn quickly. if you have PSup, you cut dmg from them by 60% which, even if they crit, is fuckall dmg on you.

Purge/Dispel/Spellsteal (and probably some abilities Ive forgotten). All it needs. And since its a pretty damn obvious visually, against any remotely competent group you might as well not have it.

Blessed resilience
Blessed recovery
Renew ticking
PW.shield (5 seconds left on debuff, c'moooooon)
Prayer of mending (!)
Martyrdom
Improved inner fire

My thoughts are that the more you stack it all up, the more chances you have to live that crucial second or two extra for the ticks or the new shield or whatever. Guess I'll have to try it out.

Only took LW just because it's one point. Thinking it might be handy in 5-mans and to impress random mobs with or some shit :)

Blessed recovery works fine now . If the next crit after first that triggered the ability will be lower it wont overwrite it if higher it will.

In my case mainly just to fill in points to get higher up in the tree, plus I always quite liked it from a raiding points of view.

For me pvp healing is mostly casting lot of fh and they crit often then its 25% more armor great bonus for 3 points like second innner fire. Besides there isnt many more usefull tallents at that level in holy tree.

spell warding and holy nova seem to be quite ok from a pvp point of view.

Either with the last 5points spent in Empowered healing or switch over to mental strength.
