Any of you considering endgame shadow at 70?

Just wondering. I'd like to hear a few pro's and con's. (This is a secret ego thread since I want VE to power my incinerate build :D)

... coupled up with good aggro reduction and damn decent DPS means that a shadow priest is a raid spot very well spent. Obviously we get back to the usual problem of whether the raid can field enough healing power. In fact, I'll kick off another thread about that.

guilds will have to be strict with letting priests go shadow as every preist nearly will want to spec that to pewpew.

Tbh, I dont care that much if I'm not invited to raids, I just cant stand healing after all this time. But why not roll a DPS... I have, its called a shadowpriest.

I won't mind stay Holy-healingbot, I still like the laidback healing aspekt in raids while all others are running around in panic. But it really sucks in the BGs, 2 secs after a sneaky renew on a warrior, I get like 2-3 huntard-pets on my ass, and get 2-shotted by a frantic Mage :(
So the healbot is really only viable in raids nowadays, I have full sympathy for those who choose the dark path.

If slig raids he will be disc/holy. Shadow can be fun but I m convinced a good smitebot with good heal and mp5 is nice. pb is "if slig raids". not going to happen for now.

Peg will revert back to a pimped up healing machine once he reaches 70.

same here Taish is atm shadow makes fun for now but im going back to healbot just coz its way i like it ..... :D
