WoW - Install Problem

Ok, my g/f is using my WoW CD to isntall WoW. But the install keeps freezing.

I've tried the method on the WoW tech support page and it does the same thing. Can anyone help?

can u use one copy of WoW for multiple accounts??? i am not sure if you can?

so it just freezes, no error's or anything? does it always freeze at the same point ?
