PC upgrade,.. Need your thoughts.

Ok im sellign 3 items currently on ebay:

giving me a minimum of £150 + £20 + £100 (+£100 of my money already saved)

which is a minimum budget of £370

Right currently i have (in the pc im upgrading) a radeon 9700 pro 128mb graphics card

adm athlon 2700+

soltek 4 motherboard

water cooling

600w power supply

creative extigy sound card

1024 MB of ram (Currently one is a 3200, 333, 512mb stick and in 2nd slot a poor 2100 333 512mb stick)

40GB HDD

120GB HDD

DVD-RW

CR-RW/DVD-R

Floppy

Shitty looking case with water coolign pipes leeding outside of it...

Right i have £370 budget.

Of that budget i think im goign to upgrade.. my processor my mobo and my case.

Recomendations.. and the 370 is max budget and i wuodl liek some left for PS 6month more sub :D but i guess i can go without it.. right? right?!
