Only poofters look at the graphics and base a game on that alone, I was talking more on the game in general, couldnt care less if it looked shit aslong as it played well.

You are taking the piss arnt you?
That looks amazing, the attention to detail looks stunng, i especially like the look and idea of the Raven feeding on the dead body, which if you note they didnt just leave laying there without wounds ala WoW and EQ2. The texturing was nothing short of brutal realism.
Altho i must add the actual area you could venture looked rather limited (It is a valley after all) which is a shame, but for a short demo of what they have in store for us texture and content-wise im sure this will be a great success, im rather looking forward to an Adult orientated game that wont just go into production with the intent of making the devolpers rich. I just hope they keep the mature content and rating to stave off the "Kiddies".

That's what doesn't look good. We'll have to wait and see but from the way the terrain is it does look a bit like a Guild Wars style 'stay on the road' job rather than a WoW style wander fest.

Dictionary.com helps us all out there...
val‧ley /ˈvæli/ Pronunciation Key - Show Spelled Pronunciation[val-ee]
–noun, plural -leys.
1. an elongated depression between uplands, hills, or mountains, esp. one following the course of a stream.
What that means is that the demo is of a Valley, which means inclines on both sides and a small "area" at the base between.

How can you tell if the dead body, is a body of NPC or a player ? It might some static object ...

I dont see your point?
If its too the "Just like WoW and EQ2" reference, they both use static dead bodies ingame, and they both use non-static.
I would imagine the one in AoC is a static part of the terrain.

New Screenies of this show that you can walk up the sides of the valley and are not limited to the central low path!
They also show some blood, which is nice.

Apparently the valley is fucking huge, it only looks small in some of the screen shots because they were taking in an area that is designed to funnel opposing factions into a small area to make sure theres a bit of fighting going on at all times.

Oh shit, AoC is going to be faction based?
WHY ISN'T IT GOING TO BE OPEN PVP, IF I WANT TO PK SOME **** BECAUSE HE'S BEEN A **** LET ME FUCKING DO IT REGARDLESS OF WHAT FUCKING RACE OR FACTION THEY ARE!

hmm, I suppose this is promising:
3.3 Can everyone attack anyone or are the limitations?
Fighting between players is consensual because it is limited to certain areas of the game world. If you want to avoid player-versus-player combat, all you have to do is avoid these areas. The Border Kingdoms is the main region for the massive PvP combat, and here player guilds will fight over ownership of battlekeeps. We may also add free for all PvP servers if there is a sufficient amount of players who wants this. We have built the technology to launch free for all PvP servers should there be a demand.

With the guild vs guild battlekeeps PvP and bar room brawling, im sure theres going to be enough PvP for everyone.
