Come "raid" prepared!

I dont know if this is mentioned somewhere before but since i recently started raiding on my new main char ( a mage), i've been searching the forums for ideas/help.
So i link a thread here with some usefull info about enchants/food/pots/etc for raiding. Some might already know all this but some might benefit from it :)

i used to raid on MC/ZG/BWL/AQ20 with my mage...

at the worst case i had the following:

40 heavy runecloth bandage
5 major healing potion
2 major mana potion (although the only time i have used one was after some mana burning at sons phase in Ragnaros and evocation/mana gem cooldown wasnt up... usually i'll keep the timer for a healing or a protection potion)
5 wizard oil
5 arcane elixir
5 greater fire protection
5 nature protection (only used that on the boss with eggs on AQ20 on final phase... never got to AQ40 to use greater:( )

and of course Arcane Powder lol:p 1 full stack

this is what i usually have in my inventory for most of our raids:

10 major healing potion
10 major mana potion (i use them very very rarely, only at rag i have to use it)
20 tubers, nbd and wildblossom berries
20 bandages
arcane elixir
fire prot potions (1-2 per rag fight, otherwise not needed. and now since fire ward stacks with the potion 1 pot is enough for me mostly)

i used to get wizard oil from paria but that is no more since he moved server.

Can make wizard oil on Akash. Always have a stack of that the the brilliant stuff.

look in bank section the enchanter thread and you ll find several people can make it including steelclaw and me for example
