can the final version of the game really pull off those graphics? and if so, could they expect everyone to upgrade their computer to be able to even run on low settings? that is once nice thing about wow - you can even run it on a bloody mac.

as for the gameplay preview, i must say wow (as in zomg) as they seemed to have found a way to let people use actual skill in fighting rather then calculated numbers and resists. The city building and castle sieging sounds awesome too. One thing I do wonder is how PvE will be, especially for dugeon raids.

Im not too concerned about the graphics, if i have to run on low setting then fine, what im really interested in is the gameplay and the possibilities for what a guild can do other than raiding some PVE shite.

PS has shit graphics yet its one of the most enjoyable team orientated games still out there.

One thing I do wonder is how PvE will be, especially for dugeon raids.

There's been loads of talk about that on the AoC boards with majority of people pleading against the item-based supremacy as things are in WoW. FunCom devs have on multiple occasions expressed that quality of one's equipment will not have such an impact on the game. While there will be some hard to get armor pieces and weapons of higher quality they might give a slight edge in combat but nothing even close to what's seen in WoW.

Most brilliant feature is that PvE and PvP will have separate experience 'gauges', skills and itemisation to an extent. So there won't be any trace of the moronic "farm farm farm some dungeon, get uber shit and pwn others in PvP even though you lack skill" as in WoW. Skills, attacks and whatnot used in PvP and Border Kingdoms will be gained through PvP.
