Strangely enough I thought that when they took my credit card info when I registered my account that I wouldn't need to resupply it to them everytime it came round to billing... seems I was wrong.
The account management page is broken and by all accounts there are hundreds (if not thousands) of players locked out of the game :(
Can't they get anything right?? :mad:
