Better Build, maximizes damage, but gotta control yourself. (http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/classes/bc-warrior/talents.html?3500502030200050000000050500054050100 50100005000000000000000000000)
However, untill you get either the TF or something like the Crul'Shoruk or higher, Dual Wield spec is utter shite, so if you have less then either of those, don't take it and spend the 4 points in Improved Cleave (if you want a safer alternative to Heroic Strike) or Improved Zerker Stance/Intercept/Execute.
Improved Charge is pointless for high end gear as you generate an enormous fuckload of rage allready, Charge is just wasting points, Anger Management is an even bigger waste, 1 rage every 3 seconds for a full fledged Fury Warrior? .. pitifull talent... really.

3 points in improved shieldblock is a waste 1 point is what you want in it. Improved sunder wont do much good I think with the new 41 point talent, you will sunder up a target 5 times and then just spam devastate. Improved shieldbash and imp revange I wouldnt put any points in since most bosses cant be silenced/stunned. Put 3 points in focused rage for cheaper skills instead.
Would go for something like this, might change it a bit since I havnt really spent a lot of time looking at the new skills

How do you grind now? do you use shield or do you use a 2h/dual wield? If you use a shield I would only use shieldslam for grinding not revange or shieldbash. If you use a 2 hander/dual wield atleast I use kinda much heroics since I dont have MS

Heroic Strike is the hardest hitting skill a warrior has, it's usefull in all builds.
I use it in my prot build currently for max effeciency if you're tanking/offtanking, you can seriously put out alot more aggro, not to mention generate more aggro then without on OT positions where you don't get rage, 5 piece Wrath helps alot aswell, sucks i had to give that up for Dreadnaught ><
I use Heroic Strike in Prot and Fury builds to grind and damage(actually i've done prot grinding a couple times, and now i refuse to because it's fucking rediculous), it really is a pretty damn nice skill, but you're going to get quite agitated if you had the talent points in it and then respec and lose them for tanking.

Execute has a dependancy of your target being at 19% or lower, where Heroic Strike does not, and Whirlwind does not by any chance in hell do more damage, whirlwind is pure weapon damage only (modified by AP) whereas Heroic Strike does weapon damage (modified by AP) + 157 if you have the AQ20 skillbook, wich makes it superior to Whirlwind in damage.
Heroic Strike has a very high efficiency and if you have a quite nice MH your HS will be more efficient then Execute, Execute is a rage burner and if you need that rage into damage now, yes it's instant and HS is not, still does not take away the fact that using HS is more efficient for grinding then Execute.
I hear (no confirmations) that you've taken down a couple Naxx bosses, if this is true then you should be "easily" able to get the Misplaced Servo-Arm wich has an incredibly stupid damage range with a 238 top damage number.
I've farmed the trash in DK wing and spider wing with 8 people as minimum, you can do this f.ex (patience counts offcourse) and farm as many Servo-Arms as you want, or the Harbinger of Doom etc.
Spec Fury with the Servo-Arm and you can do a stupid amount of damage, even furthering the efficiency of Heroic Strike, execute is to undependable to call it the hardest hitting skill as it requires you to bring that target to 20% first, whilst in PvP it's extremely important, in PvE and grinding it comes to second place 90% of the time.

On the topic of getting the Imp. HS talent: I usually skip it because when I'm dps'ing I have a full rage bar all the time and since I usually can't spam Heroic Strike like crazy (Aggro) it stays full :p
So instead I get 5/5 Deflection to make it a bit more efficient in PvP.
Do you mind saying what's the usual group layout when you go on those farming runs? I'd also like to know which trash you can take with 8 ppl

Mostly the DK wing mobs, they are pretty easy with 8 peeps, the shades are the more difficult ones, but should be doable.
Last group config was 2 Warriors, 2 Paladins, Mage/Lock/Priest/Rogue.
If i do spec Prot, i spec 13/2/36, Arms would be Imp. HS/Deflection/TM.
Fury Spec: Depends what mood i'm in, but usually 2 points in Imp. HS.
Yeh i do use HS, but i have blessing of E-Z-Mode.

2h Warriors with the current rage gen system on Beta are dead.
Takes you 3 - 4 swings with a 2h to smack an MS on a plate mob and 2 - 3 swings on a cloth mob, not to mention your crit will be instantly nerfed as the 20 agi you required for 1% crit before is now 26 @ L60.
So yeh, prepare to feel the burn.

Even Endless Rage doesn't cut it, not to mention taking endless rage will destroy far better talent choices you can take.
And if you seriously have no problems with rage, then i don't know wether you think it's normal to do as i described above, i fucking sure as hell don't with 1 of the game's strongest 2h weapons (Dark Edge of Insanity).
The new rage system (wich is hopefully a bug but knowing blizzard, not a chance in hell) is inverted scaling, meaning the better weapon you get, the LESS rage you get from the exact same damage you do, and this i've tested, my Dark Edge crit a boar outside IF for 1168 and generated 21 rage, then my Arcanite Reaper crit the same level boar for 1098 and generated 24 rage, this is how fucked we are.
Trying to do anything with a 2h is just painfull, it really is, i've specced to Fury wich is JUST tolerable with D/W, otherwise not a chance in hell i'm leveling with a 2h, or maybe even stopping warrior completely since i'm sick and tired of the constant nerfing to obliviously large magnitudes.

I don't have a TF, if you were referring to me that is.
And yes i have, it's good for when you're the MT of a fight and PARTIALLY for grinding (damage is still pretty pathetic, but better then nothing with a slow 1h).
Overall it's still best to stick 3 points in improves sunder and heroic if you're tanking, along with the -3 rage talent in the prot tree, extremely high efficiency that way and will build far more aggro if you're not the MT or need to regain aggro.

I tried grinding a bit weird prot style in the BC beta.
8 / 0 / 44 (level 61 spec, so not all points available)
Offensive armor
Deathbringer + shield
Build up 5 sunders, devastate a few times, then execute
Stay in battle stance since it's not worth taking the 10% extra damage for 3% crit when you don't have flurry
Works a lot better than expected. Really cuts down downtime a lot, and killing isn't as slow as one should think :)

I tried several builds and the one I prefer stays protection
I ll go for a 15/5/41 most probaby, with 3 points in focus rage. When you go in defensive mode you can have your shield bloc nearly up all the time, actually I can take up to 3 target of the same level, killing is not very fast but your life goes down more slowly. In some 1v1 I loose about 250hp only (less on caster as with shield bash + concussive + spell reflection they can't even do any magical damage). Good 1H weapons to use too, I actually have a 58dps claw for solo and a 1.90 speed 47 dps axe for tanking in instances.
Sure I could have put more in defensive but those points in arm makes me keep dot on the target all the time and help when soloing. With that build I nearly can't be outaggroed when dps wait more than 0,5 sec to burst, at least never lost any aggro on bosses. Tanking up to 3 target without loosing aggro is even possible if dps focus on 1 target so I can only maintain enough aggro on the 2 other and max aggro the one to be killed first.
I'm 65 atm so haven't increased my crit chance (15/0/41 atm), even without I crit often enough actually, so I can expect more better at 70
my tanking style actually is to sudden 5 quickly with revenge when it procs then aternating, shield block > devastate > revenge > devastate > shieldblock. If I have a lot of rage i add a shield slam too. Works lovely
