It's called Vyemm, one of the dragons that must die for Deathtoll access.

LordVymm isnt that hard, he got nerfed not long ago and supposedly is one of the easier t7 raid mobs

Aye, I woke him up by kicking him in the nuts for 20 crushing damage :p

No idea how much he might have been nerfed, but last time I was there (end of May) he was not too hard...when you finally figured out how to pull him w/o wiping the whole raid instantly.
