I'm a little Paladin, so short and stout,
Here is my Hammer and here is my Mount,
When i'm in trouble, I scream and shout,
I pop my Bubble and Hearthstone out!

1. Bubble up
2. HearthstoneWill not be possible in the future anyway since the priests are able to dispell the bubble and pwan us anyway.

if that's the case purge should remove it as well. that means no more easy mode AB for alliance where 1 paladin can effectively defend a flag alone against odds for a certain time till help arrives.

don't think so - i think that he is refering to our new skill 'mass dispel' which says it can 'even remove magic which was previously impossible to' or summin like that.

Well what i head is that it works this way in TBC alfa. And it dispells things that normally coulden't be dispelled.

abiut time tbh. palas really made it too imba for allies in pvp when 1 pala alone could defend the flag and stay alive whilst interupting flag caps until his 2 hunter and warrior friends arrived.

if it can dispell pally shield, it should also dispell mage ice block...

now watch the mage replies... ;p

prolly it even will. the big difference between a mage and a pala defending a flag is that the pala will surive the ambush+backstab combo.

Must say I'm a little bit peeved about this. Atm I can do the following in PvP:

Autoswing for 4 minutes 48 seconds while getting all my skills dispelled and all casts interrupted.
Bubble and actually do something for 12 seconds.

Rinse, repeat.

As of BC, every single skill my class has will either be dispelled or interrupted. Yay for 100% autoswing.

i find that a bit of an overstatement. i've seen many paladins wtfpwn even while i'm running away dispelling them. plus, this cast is 1.5s - enough time to stun/silence me.

the difference between a mage iceblock and a paladin shield is that mages cant do fuck all whilst in iceblock, but on the other hand a pala can still attack and heal himself. if any1 cant see the difference between those two, then they need their heads examined

Well the main problem with the Paladin is that it is a rather poor designed class from the begining. Alltough i love to play it. Our main healing spell is about the same as a priest flash heal rank 2 and have about the same mana cost. We have some spesial abilities like, Blessings, Divine shield, Divine Intervention. we have very little cc just a 5 sec stun every 45/60sec. We can not slow anyone and don't have any escape abilities (kk, DS+HS old!).

compared to a class which is forced into 1 spec and if we don't do that we get shouted at 24/7

Saying that paladin can do much under the bubble is severely overstated. Heal, sure, HS - why not. Fight? Yeah right. With swing rate like 1 hit in 10 seconds? Those must have been some helluva high criticals on someone if they claim this to be such a problem. Not to mention that the bubble holds up only for 12 seconds max, so if in 12 seconds you get ass kicked by arriving alliance force, then it's probably your own fault - don't go solo against the 'force' :) As for "can survive rogue this-and-that-combo", then I only laugh over that one - at least one class which, albeit in a screwed up way, may not be, with luck, not killed immediately by a damn rogue. Heck, I say give more various crap to all of the classes which would not allow the rogues to do it. All the better.

Nevermind that soon it all will be a moot point anyway, considering that the Horde will get paladins too. Of course, Alliance will get shamans as well. At least no one can then whine about the classes. Horde can't put out all that crap about paladins, being in most cases totally ignorant about paladins and their concerns, and Alliance cannot whine that the Horde is overpowered with the shamans - they'll have them soon too.

Of course, people will find other reasons to whine about then, of that I am sure, and probably still continue to do it over paladins and shamans :D

Taurens 5% health bonus. I am a Tauren and I agree that it is the best damn racial in the game when it comes to tanking.

Tauren paladins - that'd be something, I guess. And the saying "Holy Cow!" would strike true every time.
