Have you lowered youre 3d card settings or something? Not talking about ingame options, but I seem to remember there are a option you can reduce to get better performance, but also gives you that foggy effect on text and 3d model textures. :)

Your van is betwean the mossi and the sg m8. in germany i learned that stolen cars always go as far to the east as the can. eccept u are east of polland then they move to the west.
