This is a Web Fan based tv(web) series. Everything is free, no catch
( as in NO hidden spyware, NO give us youre creditcard info etc ).
You can watch a full 5 sesion of Hidden Frontare if you want. Its all low budget, but for not having almost any money they do okay. First sesion is realy crapp, but it picks up a bit in sesion two and so on... That includes the acting, not that even StarTrek on tv was that good ether hehe ;)

Press "The Savage Empire". This is a free web film. Yes its a whole movie :). This one is pretty good made if you consider its a low budget and there goal was to emulate the old StarTrek series whit Kirk and Spock...
If you like StarTrek, even the old series, this is a must see.
If you on the other han like to laugh youre ass of old sifi series this also is a good view. Stupidly funny compared to todays standar and CGI use :D

FYI.

Star Wars ships use LASER blasters...

Star Trek ships use Particle Beams which are huge beams of energetic particles super excited (about as much as Rebel when he sees a burbury cap) to cause massive destruction to any matter it comes into contact with.


Also in ST the ship have Sheilds which wouldnt even be dented if it was attacked by the whole Imperial SD fleet....

So if there ever was a game...

Havent seen that many of Voyager... its okay, but I realy dont like Janeway as the Captian. She looks and acts stupid. You alwayes gets the sense shes waring a peace of paper on her back saying "Am supposed to be an actor, but removing the face that tells you I realy dont have a clue what I just said is hard."

Also some of the Episodes are soooo far fetched from realitey in the way they do stuff.... even if it is the future. Eg theres a episode where all the crew have nightmarish dreams that affects there reality so they cant tell the diffrence, aka flashbacks, but there not "there" flashbacks. They are flashbacks of other people. These nightmares goes on in such a fassion it almost makes the crew kill each others. Later it turns out that there is a monument ( think 9/11 like ) after a terror act against humanety ( or that alien race that lived there ) that produces these nightmares on peps that travel past so no one would forget how bad that act of terror was...
Since they, Voyager, almost lost there ship and crew because of this they first deside to destroy to monument so that no other ships would fall to its faith and maby not be so lucky as they where, common sense right?

But NO, Janeway in all her "wisdom" suddenly changes her mind to not destroy the monument because even if the monument was a real hassard to anyone traveling past it. It would be... moraly wrong, ahh ffs, to destroy a monument that was made to remeber thoses that died in that terror act.

LoL, that the monument over decades or thousens of years would probaly kill more people, because of its affect on peoples minds, than that actualy died in the terror act itself wanst that important to Janeway, the dumb bird. :)

Well you have to compare that these guyes DIDNT have 40 Mill $ to make em whit. Also the fan movie (second link) had a goal to look as close to the ORIGINAL StarTrek, you know BEFORE cgi and all those other special effects and every computer made all the most anying sounds it could.

Ok.. because of the lack of new Enterprise or SG1/Atlantis Eps availible for download I decided to look at that amateur series that was posted.

Initial impression - After watching the first few episodes in season one I was amazed by the excellent acting :rolleyes: so I decided to skip the BS and go straight to a random episode in a later season.
