If I remember right then this combination would kill infantry in two shots. Not sure about Rexo. Would need some help to test this out :p

If I remember correctly:

Bolt driver - 100 points of explosive type damage.
Phoenix AI - 30 points of explosive type damage.

Rexo explosive treshold: 35
Agile explosive treshold: 25

Against rexo:
100 / 200
35 / 165 <- bd hit
35 / 140 <- phoenix hit

Against agile:
100 / 100
25 / 75 <- bd hit
20 / 50 <- phoenix hit

As a cloaker I can say that Bolt/knife to kill a Rexo/fullhealth works.
You need melee implant and the knife boost on (alt mode, the one whit sound). Once a enemy you are stalking is sniped once you can gib him whit one Knife hit.
