I as a captian am very pleased to say that we won our first clan match today. Even though it was not an official one, I think that we really showed ourselves and have certainly showed me where we have to train and to think of new tactics.
What we should remember from this experience:
Always keep moving, dont stand still at an entrance, flow out and spread out. It's harder for the enemie to hit you.
CT de_cbble either all go B or all down the center. If you go B, then maybe have someone sit near A to see if they go there. If they do, then have a couple guys go from B to A and a couple go around back.
T de_cbble sometimes should stall in the courtyard and move either to B or A when CT make thier move.
CT de_aztec spread around B. Have snipers far and rifles up close. Also have at least 2 guys watching bridge.
T de_aztec continously rush B through double doors. Throw a flash or two and rush bombsite. DO NOT STOP.
I did notice that in big firefights (like the ones in the CY of cbble), we need to start target aquireing better. We need people spread out having one enemie each instead of two guys firing at one guy. We also need to work on a bit of radio/comms communication and some 'nading.
Comments/Concerns?

Yep, well played guys.
We need to play more friendly clan matches so we gain practical experience in actually putting our tactics into action.
Remember:KEEP RUNNING! ;)

paulo -
i know it's too late now to say, and it was only a friendly, but i would appreciate it far more it you would either tell us that you're in window mode or not be in window mode and play properly. When we play matches, I expect to see full concentration and commitment to the match and I would prefer it if you didnt have msn open or anything else near you, even when you're dead, it just diverts your attention and FPS.

im always in a window, i need to cos im usually have massive conversations with people and i dont want to end them if possible, like the other day i was tlaking to someoen for 6 hours ^_^, the only reason it eneded was cos they had to go, next time i will run fullscreen and try to end my conversations

to be frank - if you want to play competitively, then you need to have full focus, otherwise youre just throwing away all this training. When we are all together in the evening, i would prefer it if you played full screen and concentrated on getting better. I dont want to sound like a bitch, I would just prefer that if you want to play competitivly, you have to quit msn when we're playing properly. Otherwise it doesnt seem like you really care about playing with the [RL] tag.

yeah when where playing properly i will close msn, thats what i said, but i like playing CS and i also enjoy tlaking to friends, and unless i window it i cant do both, if i only played CS when not tlaking to people id probally only play about 1 hour a day, i only talk to peopel on MSN when i die... unless im tlaking about soemthing important

CT de_aztec spread around B. Have snipers far and rifles up close. Also have at least 2 guys watching bridge.
You most propably lost your 2 guys by now...wrong move m8 (imo). Just have 1 guy to enter the room for seconds and check if they're coming. Never have guys in the bridge it's pure death. Have 1 or 2 snipers against the main doors and guys with rfiles or snipers outside the room of the bridge....dont rush and make sure you check the water below, dont always think you'll hear them cos there is a path that goes out of the water so check both the bridge and the below but don't have men sitting there, they'll most propably die fast.
T de_aztec continously rush B through double doors.
Don't rush from the same place all the time. Change every 1-2 rounds maybe more often maybe less often u decide it in-game. Going from one spot is not a good idea cos with common sense they'll find out u do it after a while.
That's my comments, gratz for the win and good luck for the future matches :D
