Edit 1:
Am guessing he gott hes IP when he sent him that picture....
Start_Run_cmd_netstat -ano (enter)
One of the connections you see will be the guyes direct ip, downloading the pic from youre computer. You ofc have to do it WHILE hes downloading the pic.
This works in MSN, mirc and so on.

Whit the ip you can run a whois and find out hes ISP(Internett Service Provider).
Eg Whois for,... most of Europe is.
http://www.ripe.net/
Enter youre ip and you will see.

How he gott the users phone nr from that am unsure about. Those programs btw is more or less "shortcut programs". Sort of like a GUI that just combines all the manual stuff into one program. Just so there easier to access. Insted of actualy going into the whois on rip you can tick the rip.net box in the program etc.
