We are currently revising recruitment procedures and are not recruiting at the moment. We should have something in place by the end of next week, so please check back regularly.

We have a very rough draft of the rules here, but at the moment I feel they are way too complicated and will put potential recruits off.

I just can't see why we can't put up the rules as they currently are, then change them later on if needed. I see no good reason for why this should not be tested and why we should not continue with our recruitment.
