An NDA is a non-disclosure agreement. It means that the Bread has access to insider gossip that is too hot to share with you guys. However the Bread, being a nice bloke, will spill what he can...
New graphics card on the way.
Don't buy a new one yet.
Wait and see.
PS Definitely do not buy an ATI card at the moment. Especially if you like ATI cards and want to get a really fast one. The new card is not from Nvidia. But I can't tell you who makes it. ;)
Until this NDA expires I can't tell you anything about stupid numbers of pipelines and release dates. Suffice to say in a few weeks all will be revealed, sit on your cash til then.
