when it comes to a situation where we have low numbers online and only a small sqd, we as an outfit as a whole tend to start encountering problems.

the problem it seems is that without a gal pilot online, we get very unorganised. the reality with ps is that with smaller sqds, we should set ourselves smaller objectives...

so instead of hot dropping a back door of a red alert base with only 4 troops and 1 max, we should where possible, concentrate on other, more realistic targets.

last nite (sat nite) several of us had a real good nite doin smaller-scale stuff, which as those online ten can say, was loads of fun...

now the point is, we should become more confident and efficient in smaller numbers. it is possible, and with the help of other nc around us, we can still be effective, and have fun at the same time.

any thoughts?

infantry: adv Medic, stick together like glue
vehicle: 2 or more BFRs/VANs, stick together
aircraft: stick together
everyone on TS is mandatory for small squads.

the main issue i see is that we dont have many squad leaders right now.
