Updating UI mod files to current version.. help?

I remember someone posting a nifty little program to change the version number in all those files. Who ever did that or someone else please post it again...

in general its like this:

Step 1:
right click WoW.exe -> properties -> version e.g. '1.2.2.4196'
4196 is what counts

Step 2:
go to wow folder -> interface folder -> addons folder

Step 3:
open every .toc file in your addons

Step 4:
change this '## Interface: 4150' to this '## Interface: 4196'
