fuck off the 120gb Barracuda.
Get yourself a Western Digital 200gb drive (WD2000). I have a pair of em and they are very nice :)

In a word, yes.
However they generate a tremendous ammount of heat so they aren't practical for small cases.

Shuttle + Heat = Meltage...
Trust me... you do need 200gb. If your doing movies its almost essential. Im already using 350Gb out of the 400Gb i have

omg.. thats a lot of bulgarian goat porn...
I dont think i want to melt my computer, so ill go with the WD drive
i use my mac for editing, and I save everything on my external hard drives. Do they have a 150GB/120GB/100GB? These, afaik, have to be Serial ATA, whatever that means. You can see if it works with the system here:

Well... You can have 1 PATA or 2 SATA drives.
If it wasnt a PCI-E board then i would go PATA as its best as a bang for buck solution.
But seeig as your ripping yourself off by buying overpirced PCI-E so early in its infancy. Id suggest SATA drives... but you will prolly need 2 of em for a nice amount of storage.

It's either that or a slow old AGP one and both intel and amd mobos were crap, and dont have good onboard sound (and since its a SFF pc, i can't fit another internal carrd)

one 120GB is fine for me. Right now I've pretty much filled my computer with all that i need and i've got 20GBs left of my 80GB. No need for the extra weight+cash.

What can you recommed as memory? I'm looking for 2gigs unless that's not really needed?
