Clean your dvds disk.
Take dvd player out open top lid, then blow on lens but dont touch.
See with dvd players you get a lot of dust on mirror, which means reading computer dvd disks some times dont pick up data but with music disks is not a problum and only way to clean them is open and blow on them.
And dont put a hover nr dvd or computer, its not good for them.

Or you can open up your case, tear out the drive bay, pry open the casing of the drive itself, scrub the insides with a brush, then soap and hot water, apply some varnish to the lense and have a good look directly into it just to make sure there's no dirt, then jam it back into the case, thus snapping your sound card off its mounting, selotape the case back up and return it to me telling me it was like that when you bought it.

Nope.
He tap the dust off and a cd cleaner no good for a dvd player. Only good on a cd player not dvd. Yes it do the job but not 100% more like 50% as the dust stay on the lans, blow it off will do the job 100% and cheaper. Ask a good computer repair shop who wont rip you off by trying to sell you what you dont need.
