As I'm sure you all know, the Devs are redesigning the map layout with all the planets. I was looking at all of them and then realised - why not have an orbit. In space, gravity pwns. Obviously its not there, but bigger masses attrackt smaller masses. Howcome, on the interstellar map, we dont see any planet movements even though they're all so close to eachother. If they added in orbits, it would be:
1. realistic
2. add a better gameplay style. At certain times during the orbit, certain lattice links would open, and certain lattice links would close. It's not like suddenly Solsar would be completely closed, it just means that maybe a link from the NC sanct would close and turn into a link from the NC sanc to say Hossin. Maybe there would even be some down time for a link while a planet has to move out of the way.
I think this could really help the game play, stopping certain conts from getting overused. It would also change up the maps a bit and also possibly allow the use of 3 home conts again. Ill try get a working map asap, then i would like someone to post it on the PS forum.
