I fear this will be another 0 repleis topic, but oh well. I...ahem, aquired a .iso of Worms Armageddon. It comes with two patches to make it work on XP properly. However, to use the patches you have to install the game first. I've tried installing it from a virtual drive using both the setup.exe in the main folder, and the one in the 'install' folder. The first one opens a screen saying 'preparing to install Worms Armageddon' which dissapears after a few moments and nothing else happens. The second .exe does nothing but add an hour glass to my cursor for a moment.
I've tried running the patches but they both give error messages.
The only thing I can think to do is to burn it onto CD, but I don't have a CD burner so I'd have to send it down my LAN to the house's other PC which does, and this is a terribly long and frustrating process (there's soemthing wrong with the network).
So, any ideas?
Oh, and I've tried running everything in Windows 95 compatability mode.
