Dont know if its been posted about before, but her it goes.

When you want to get down a ladder fast just look down - press the back key (s) and the sprint button ... and you will find yourself sliding down it.

Normally i just jump off the building and use my parachute, only downsid is if u dont time it right you look a dick jumping to your death like a drugged up lemming.

When i run out of ammo from snipeing and i cant call in the friendly neiborhood chopper pilot with support to restock me i just jump of the high building im on and try to land ontop of the nearest enemy. i bet when i land infront of them its scares the shit out of them :D.
