Okay I have closed the Poll and unstuck it.

This is the Org, which looks Crapp, so we need to rewritte it to be more readalbe to peps.

1. Someone is recruited or wants to join. They play with us for a night in a squad (PS),

group (WoW) or on the server (CS:S) for a night. An Officer may decide that this person

has shown RL-type qualities or has been told that this person has shown these qualities

by a member.
2. The Officer invites them to the outfit/group/squad (PS and WoW)
3. The Officer that invited the individual starts a thread in the private section of

their game forum called: 'Recruit: Playername' where people can post feedback.
4. Renegades post feedback, even if it's just 'Good player, ok with me'

-- The recruit has to install and set up TS and register + post on the forum --

5. Unless people (or the officer himself) have well-founded negative feedback posted in

the recruit thread, the recruit is invited after some time**. Time needed depends on

activity and how sure you are that they are RL material.
6. CS:S ONLY - Though a player has been asked to join (is a recruit) they may not wear

the RL tag.*

*- This is somethign I added because I saw some posts in the CS:S forums about it. If the

main players of CS:S want to clarify their point then I can change 6 to whatever they

feel is necessary.

** - The time should be equal to 7 nights of playing. If it takes the individual 2 weeks

to reach 7 nights of playing then that is the length of time.

Requerments to join:

*TeamsSpeak 2 must be installed and used.
*Mic optinoal
*Must be registred on RL forum and make a recruitment thread.
*Must have joined the open forum part of that game that you want to join.
( Top right: UserCP>Miscellanous>Groupe Membership>Join Groupe. )
( Once a full member you can also join the closed members only forum rooms. )
The thread should atleast state the following:
-In the Headline you post youre nick and RL game. ( eg Zipo, I want to join Planetside. )
-Short intro about youreself.
-What RL game you want to join and why you want to join RL.
-Links, if any in that game, to youre ingame avatar stats.
( Make sure youre in the right forum, Recruitment Room, before posting a thread :).


Recruitment Prosses:
++++++++++++++++++++

1. A player gets recruited ehter by the forum or ingame.
( See requerments. )

2. The player then joins squad/groupe or RL server ingame and playes whit RL members
( See the right open forum part about that game for more details. )

3. An officer, when online, will then invite the recruit to the guild, outfit etc for the duration of the recruitment prosses if the recruit showes potensial.
( If youre unsure whos an officer etc just ask a Renegade to putt you in contact whit one. Officers will, among others, replay to youre wanting to join thread on the forum also. )

4. The officer that invited the recruit will sett up a thread in the members only area to reseve comments, good or bad, about the recruit during the recruitment prosses.
( Once the recruit is ether accepted or rejected the thread will be deleted. )

5. All full members of the Renegade Legion will be able to post comments about the recruit.
( All recruits will not have access to view or post in this thread. )

6. After a period of minnemum 7 days the recruitment prosses is over. Depending on activety or well founded comments about the recruit from an officer or RL member the recruitment prosses mite last longer.

7. Once the recruitment period is over the recruit will be rejected or accepted.
( This will be informed via PM (Personal Message) on the forum. )



Game spesific rules:

( These rules may change depening on the game leaders choice as long as they dont invalidate/break one of the main Clan recruitment rules. )

Planetside:
A recruit will be invited to the outfit and gain the rank of recruit.

World of Warcraft:
A recruit will be invited to the guild be it PvP or PvE section.

Counter Strike: Source
A recruit will be able to play on the RL server.
A recruit will NOT be able to use the RL tag before becomming a full member.

Renegade Legion Clan Command.
If needed the ruling of RL Clan command is final.

My idea was that this could be read by RL members AND new recruits wanting to join so also they would know the recruitment prosses whitout someone telling em each time :).

Only thing I added which wasnt in the vote was that you "could ether join ingame or on the forum", or Pkt 1.

There are a few more additions, but they are the same rules as in the vote post, but only broken up in more Pkts and made more, or to me atleast, accessable.

Instead of the "6th rule"(see org post), the one about CS:S "only", I made a section that game leaders can have access to and change rules if needed later. The CS:S "rule 6" was added to the CS:S section, while I added the rules that are in context whit the Clan rules to Planetside and WoW.

im a little confused. does the officer who recruited him decide whether he gets in or not? that sounds dodgy to me. i think it should be another officer - a special recruitment officer for each game perhaps?

I've been rewriting this in Word, and I remember why I was in favour of changing the system -- the rules are too fucking complicated! :mad:
