EVE: Noob Weapons Q

Hey folks,

Just started up a trial account and have a noob question: I've run a couple of missions and my guns no longer fire. From what I an see the starter gun needs no ammo, and the second one I picked up I've bought ammo for. Is there something I've missed? Have I disabled them somehow?

Have you turned them off? Right click to find out. Have you actually loaded them with Ammo? Do you have enough Cap/CPU/Grid to run them?

Powered down is usual suspect. Not loading ammo is second. Or wrong ammo is also one :)

Oddly, it was neither. Then I restarted the game and all seemed well.
