Basically, this is pretty much Eve on ground with robots. In almost every way. Is in closed Beta now.

Am arguably in the testing, but have an error that prevents installation. LOL.

Turns out that error is just a crappy internet connection with their datastore.

I've got it installed, and it is pretty much EVE translated to an on-planet experience with mechs.

Nothing spectacular . . . managed to fail a mission because I didn't play straight through (which is NOT like EVE, where you have a LONG time to complete) and aside from that I have yet to get blown to bits in my noob robot, though I came close once.

Plays slowly. Not a high adrenaline game by any stretch of the imagination.

Not as pretty as EVE thusfar. (Starfields are just nice to look at, what can you do?)

Anyway, no NDA on the game.
