Are there any folks interested in arranging a group purchase? I'm perfectly willing to do so. But I'd prefer if someone else handle the payment, as the UK has the best deal. But I'd be in for one. Anyone else interested?

Prices are (assuming someone in the UK does it) 24GBP for one person, 21GBP each for two people, or just 18GBP if four people want one.) In essence if three people buy in the fourth is free, and the rate is already pretty reasonable this weekend on the single buy-in.)

Would be easy enough to Paypal whoever does the buy. Gifting through Steam is easy as well. Just friend someone and they'll have the game within a minute.

Twist has been playing it on my account :P (he changed by profile name while he was on). Basically I would not reccommend getting the game in it's current state, there simply isn't enough content to merit the purchase. There is a big content patch due this week all being well however which might change my opinion.

I've been playing it at a fairly competitive level in AvA (alliance v. alliance) with the alliance I was part of owning roughly a third of the EU prime time map and in a fairly solid 10 man team with an 80+% conquest win rate. Really it isn't something you can keep up, the game just burns you out because you either run out of worthy opposition or get bored of playing the same 2 or 3 maps.

All in all I'd say save your cash for now and I'd pipe up if it became worthwhile after the content additions.
