Aion: Russian and Baltic players banned

Innova will have Aion rights in Russia + Baltic countries. Anyone who's playing from IPs in those countries will get banned from NA/EU servers.

NCsoft have never been good with communication. They really need to be more specific about exactly who is going to be moved. Besides, the "Baltic States" are members of the European Union, why the fuck are they being seperated?
