1)
Download from here:
http://www.fukt.bth.se/~k/wow/stuff/Guilded/Guilded_The_Scorned_Renegade_Legion_version_0.11_p atch_10.zip

2)
Unpack the zip into the following directory:
...worldofwarcraft\interface\addons\

so you have the following directories:
...worldofwarcraft\interface\addons\chattraffic\
...worldofwarcraft\interface\addons\chronos\
...worldofwarcraft\interface\addons\guilded\
...worldofwarcraft\interface\addons\guildedcosmos\

You can delete the guildedcosmos folder if you do not use cosmos.

3)
Reload your user interface with /script ReloadUI();
OR
Restart the game.

4)
Type /guilded toggle, choose options and make sure there is no password.

You should now be able to type on the allience channel, using /ga (just like /g is guild).
Chat colour can be changed under the options.

I had to disable/remove the Chronos folder as well, WoW just reported Depencies Missing for it. The guilded itself has been working fine though.

same here, I downloaded it, and only installed the Guilded directory. Chronos has for a very long time been a part of cosmos, and it simply creates too many problems for me (no offense Sarf).

Chronos is dependent on Sea I think.

I looked at the code for ChatTraffic, it seems it won't work without Chronos, which requires Sea, which requires god knows what else from CosmosUI, so I think we can get rid of it ;)

I have Sea and Chronos installed without Cosmos because the Conquest MC mods depend on them. Works fine. Sea isn't dependent on Cosmos, it's the other way around.
