I would like to make a request to anyone that has the blood of innocent (that is acquired from the butcher quest which you take out side of Scholomance inorder to summon Kirtonos the Herald who is the only one that drops the Valor Boots) to come along in a DKP raid ,if one is going to happen.

Any person who has finished the entire Barov quest line in scholomance should be able to loot Blood of the Innocents from the corpse of Jandice Barov, even in a raid. So try to get in a raid with one who has done it =)

There should always be an officer with this on every Scholo raid, I know my raid took him last time (and also myself and trouble both got another blood when killing Jandice and Krastinov).

The only limiting factor is people who've done Scholo in 5-man. I know Myself, Niko, Trouble, Melian, Deffy at least will be able to loot the blood, and summon him. In addition to the Valour boots, he has a great loot table, and always drops 2 rare items. Plus, he does contribute some DKPs

a little advice for getting the boots.. get the Quest: Kirtonos the Herald
then you have unlimited acces to the blood.. start the quest and you get the blood. when u got the blood .. abandon the quest and kill kirtonos
then you can go over the same thing again :p

But never complete the quest........

Once you've completed the quest, both Jandice and the Butcher drop more blood, but not for me this time >_<
