Inviting starts at 6 server.
Anyone joining will be expected to be able to stay 'till midnight.

Moving it to the earlier time because ...
- it's sunday, day before monday. Can't expect people to be able to stay up too late.
- we still need a decent number of hours to have a chance at getting something done.

Since Magmadar is probably as good as impossible with less then 3 hunters with tranq shot, the target boss is Gehenas, meaning we're going southwards instead of east in through the imp caverns.

Inviting takes place like saturday - i.e. it will take a while, and I get to be the bastard that makes the calls again. Note that that's probably not how we're going to keep doing it (some sort of earlier signup would be good or something).

Actually I've been looking up some info on Magmadar and the word out there is that he's been nerfed a lot in recent patches and shouldn't be impossible even with just one tranq shot (referring mostly to the IS MC guide at http://wow-inner-sanctum.org/Web/forums/239/ShowPost.aspx).

As such I'd like to suggest we go and give Magmadar a go or two (maybe the 2-3 we can do before Core Hounds spawn on us), especially since we now have some experience on how to get to him relatively quick. If he seems unbeatable, move to Gehennas; if not, it would be great killing him cause it would stop the Ancient Core Hounds from spawning (which I think will be a major pain in the ass at Gehennas; two of them patrol right near him and even if we take both out one after another, we have barely 20 minutes to set up and execute a try on Gehennas).

Speaking a bit to some Sin people after posting this; they did him with just 1 tranq shot. So I think we might be going for the big dog anyways. That also means we're moving through the same route as yesterday, which should be faster since we know it better now =)

If we kill magmadar it will stop the hound spawns right? We have 4 days left before reset and I dont want to be jumped by hounds again :D

If we don't kill Mag, those hounds will stop us from moving into the zone. They patrol close to so many of the bosses and have long routes through the whole dungeon. I don't think not taking Magmadar down is an option.

Everyone who wants to go tonight MUST read THIS (http://conquest.teamgbu.com/strats/moltencore/magmadar.php) and THIS (http://wow-inner-sanctum.org/Web/forums/239/ShowPost.aspx) . Please. It will make things a lot easier. Watch the videos too :)

There is also a mod that will announce the AoE fear, I'd link it, but curse-gaming seems to be down :( They have a version up that doesn't require Cosmos. Will try to edit it into this post later if the page comes up.

He uses AOE fear, is it a good idea to equip the pvp trinket before we start the fight?

I believe the fear has a 30 or 35 yard range. Hunters and mages can attack from outside that range, and healers can heal from 40 yards. That requires the MT to keep Mag stationary all the time though.
