Lets be honest here, 80 Billion ISK isn't such a big amount of cash tbh.

How could he have breached the eula .. it was an investment fund... players "gave" him the cash, he didnt need to rip it out of their cold dead hands. The fact that the investment turned sour is the nature of dabbling with investmsnts/stocks etc .. price go up & down.

What? Unless they've patched in a porn and beer planet where you can spend you ISK on the finer things the bottom line is no matter how much ISK you've got you're always just a **** in a space ship. All the money in the world won't change that.

I've been thinking about enaying my account, hes almost a titan pilot and pvp specced to high hell, must be worth a bit. Luckily I'm not short of cash so prob wont bother

You character is a bit away from being titan ready... I'm training JDC 5 on him at the moment, then it's drone skills for epic Mothership useage (already got the Carrier 5)... Then it's gunnery and missile skills for epic Dreadnaught useage (about 6 days from Dread 5), then it's Capital Ships 5...

Yarr has maxed out probing skills, and is a great hauler... I think I'll go for Jump Freighters next with him (he's still in deep 0.0 with an out-of-date clone though)... I can't buy him any new skillbooks lol I can get him to Advanced Spaceship Command 5 though, then he won't be far off a Rorqual either if you want him to go down that route...?

Anyway... As for the OP... This sort of thing happens pretty much once a month in EVE... Last year, mine and Endangerment's alliance got raped by some retard who was going to jump everyone's stuff out when evacuating... He waited till 50% of the alliance contracted him stuff then fucked off with it all... Probably totalling about 80bil! Titans are getting stolen every other month, so that's 60bil a pop!

It's what makes EVE great, and keeps out the babies! If everyone left when they got scammed or wronged in some way, it'd be like in real life if someone was wronged they just shot themselves... No-one would be alive!
