Well, considering that a single bag takes 12 mooncloth and each piece of mooncloth has a 4-day cooldown, it takes a single tailor 48 days to make one bag. More tailors can do it faster, or you could buy the mooncloth, but whichever way you do it, it's one hell of an expensive/time-consuming piece of gear.

I read about someone pulling the pattern out of those 'eternium lockboxes'. Seen couple of such boxes drop, never won rolls on any so have no idea myself.
