Me and Gstarkyo want to 5 man strat to do some quests, but as we noticed when we tried to get a group it should be planned before. Therefore we are posting this to see if we can get some ppl for it. Warrior healer rogue/mage (rogue imp sap) is needed.

Easier than Baron run with 5, just need to be careful with patrols... pulling more than one group or multiple adds usually means a wipe with 5 man group.

I heard its good money if you back track and kill everything once done. Heard someone made around 150 gold on a run in there, including the items he vendored.

i need to do a log full of quests in most instances but its hard to find a group. most of the times i check with guild i either find noone to help or too few. the fact remains that every1 is reserving their time for dkp runs (do i hear greed????:P). i watch the guild chat and when someone proposes a run everybody starts saying "oh i need to go there cause i need my class leggings", or " i need to go to other instance cause i really need my chestpiece".it will never work this way cause everybody´s goals do not always coincide (actually the rarelly do). given the fact that i need to work to make a living and i am not a full time gamer, my time is limited and i can only do some of few things every day. i simply have not enough time to do everything. in the mornings (in the rare occassions i happen to log on) there is hardly any movement in the guild, everyone starts to talk about questing or raiding after 8pm server time. by the time a team is assembled and on its way raiding/questing its already 9 - 9:30 pm. taking into consideration that a decent raid/quest run takes at least 2-3 hours we finish at about 11:30 (if all goes well). this is only one run for questing or raiding. now , you need to keep in mind that i need to get up at 4:30 am server time to go to work, so that leaves me with only 4-5 hour of sleep. there is something wrong with the whole thing. i think the dkp thing will cause more problems than the ones we have. i mean sure some ppl do most work in guild (nikodemus and gnomagrim to my knowledge, could be more that i am not aware of) and they should have the first word regarding loot but it takes a full team to raid/quest and all members have the right to loot. the dkp system, esp as it is now, has clearly a full-time gamer orientation. those who play more get more points and have a better chance to aquire loot. so the rest are only fillins for the hardcore gamers to acomplish they task. to put it bluntly they are used. I think that everyone should restrain themselves from overlooting since all should leave a run happy. i try to do that , even on those rare days i am really lucky (there are some that could witness this) and i am a bit of annoyed when someone else overloots with no regard to other ppls needs (if iam told by some fellow team mate that he/she needs a loot because his/hers item is much worse compared to mine and the loot - b4 rolling- i pass). so what i am saying is basically that no rules will compensate the lack of team work, understanding and common sense.
im sorry i got carried away, it appears that what i just wrote belongs to a certain other thread that is temporarily stale, but i only found some time today (posting from work) to post my views and this thread gave me a certain "thrust" to post on.... well, many subjects. These were just some "compressed" thoughts, prolly in need of elaboration and/or refinement, so since the whole thing is undergoing further proccessing, i rest my case for now.
oh, and to return to the "legal " subject of this thread i am interested too for questing in just about every instance of the game. i can be found from approx. 17:30 server time, so if u need look me up....

I pretty much assume that we will do the quest for:
Argent Defender (http://wow.allakhazam.com/item.html?witem=13243)
Argent Crusader (http://wow.allakhazam.com/item.html?witem=13249)
Argent Avenger (http://wow.allakhazam.com/item.html?witem=13246)
If that is the case i have some questions (The staff is really nice, you know that?). I need to do the archivist first in raid or non-raid? Kill Balnazar in raid or non-raid? Kill Baron in raid or non-raid?
The guys on allakhazam are so bloody confusing.

Unreadable? I have just managed to read it!
And as i have said about 5 man strat ... oh ... many times im in, but i begin to think that the best solution is to start advertising LFG in IF than posting here.

The problem with 5-manning any of the 60-instances (strat, scholo, lbrs) is that it's not something you just go and do, like you go do a 10-man raid to them.
It took something like two 6-hour and one 4-hour trip to do the Scholomance 5-man quests - and that grouping with people I've played with loads, all on teamspeak etc.
LBRS was similar, though overall with easier fights then in scholo.
One single small mistake from one group member can cost you an hour or two of clearing your way back through respawns before you can continue. Unlike in a raid, you can't just brute-force your way out of a double pull, a patrol adding or such.
So ... well.
I'm not saying yes to a 5-man strat run unless I know I have at least 5 hours to play in.
Nor am I going to be doing a 5-man strat run unless it's a solid group setup, where I know that all the other 4 play well, know their class, know their role in the group and are on TS.
