Starts of slow, but after a while the PvP stuff in this game seems really cool.
The shit really happens at 11.00 min marker.... 15:45 mark, WFT is that!
Bigger zones than WoW, 100% loot able enemies, fps fighting, no levels(stuff you wear is more important), no classes(yet again, what your wear and skill tree.) And so on...

I like that a lot of what they tout as unique features are as old as Ultima Online. Looks like it could well be worth a bash, but not a game for the faint of heart.

personally i much prefer the graphic style of wow, that said the mass pvp did look totally fucking sweet.
naval battle and that assault on the fortress, all though staged, look nice.
looks like what aoc should have been? (granted i havent played it since launch)

Hello WiGgLr!
Along with the release of the Darkfall Gameplay Trailer (http://forums.darkfallonline.com/showthread.php?t=64217 ), Aventurine opened up the Darkfall beta registrations which you can find at the following link:
http://www.darkfallonline.com/beta/
The Beta selection will be in stages, based on criteria which include:
* Hardware specs (we need to test on a wide variety of hardware)
* Your Location
* Clan beta applications
* Darkfall community involvement
A degree of randomness is added to the process giving everyone the opportunity to be accepted.
We would therefore like to invite all the members of the Darkfall community, which haven’t done so yet, to register for the Darkfall beta test.
We’ll see you in the game,
The Darkfall Team
So who wants to handle the guild application?

its just going to be another game that promises to provide everything - and delivers very little.
If people want to get excited over it be my guest, but after the watching the video i didnt see anything that made this game epic in visuals or gameplay.

Yeah, there's been quite a few fantasy MMO's lately. Everyone wanting to get on the WoW bandwagon of success. If not even an experienced company like Funcom can do it, I recon there's little use getting impressed by yet another upstart company doing what everyone else does.
It being Norwegian might mean they sucked up some Funcom talent though. We'll see.

Vaporware. :P
IF it ever sees the light of day you can bet it will be Dark and Light all over again.
Not worth investing any time into even considering it at this point.
