Its basiclly the in game player store where you set up some times in your store and other players can browser your store. It can also be set to announce what stuff your selling over the /2 Trade in only one line at a time, so it dosent spam 800 lines of text just to sell [healing poition].
It also looks outfor other player stores and adds them to a list for you to browse.
It sort of under cuts the AH a little if everyone set up private stores, but then again alot of people only sell via spamming "selling XXX" and there would be no bidding on the Items so you cant drive up the priceses on crap stuff.
And less lag in the IF AH would be nice :P
