I suppose you guys can guess what this thread is all about?
It is about the problems that, as far as I can see, these people are bringing into our ranks. And before you start defending them, let me just say that I am not making this post to try and get them kicked, or to make anyone think worse or better about any of the two, I am just going to reason, and forward my point that both of these people need to be spoken to by a person they hold in some regard (It does not seem to be many of those around)
I will start with the most veteran one: JoJo
This was the first person I ever noticed as different when I joined RL long ago, when he was in the lead he was allways blunt forward and said his opinon, and for that he should have some respect. However, his english is not good enough for the ways he chose to utter himself, the rudeness of his speech, is mostly because what he say is directly translated from norwegian (which is a very forward language) and not wrapped up in normal english manner, as I try to make it.
The problem as I see it, is not this mostly, but his stubborness going so far it's impossible to reason with him. Many times I have heard people mentioning that it is like talking to a brick wall, and I feel the same way.
This person has over the years gotten into many disputes with people, and because of him refusing to admit he is wrong, it has very often resulted in problems not only including him, but the entire community.
I think one of the few people he actually listen to (B00N or Shy) need to talk to him, see if he is still in touch with reality (Honestly) and tell him to start considering what he say before he say it.

When it comes to this person, I might be very biased, because of my first meeting with him did not go very well, how ever from the posts I have seen here on the forums, he seems to have a "I know better than you all" attitude.
He always mention that this is not Planetside, and that our veterans have no idea what we are talking about, and I feel that it is completely ridiculus coming from a person who has "just joined" (Yes I know he joined very early in the WoW stage)
He has gotten a lot of flack here on the forums, because of his opinions clashing with the ones of the RL seniority, and because of him telling those who are not used to be told; How things should be done.
It is important to note that this person has a nose for leadership, but like JoJo discussing with him, seems like arguing with a wall, (might not be so for his accepted few, I do not know).
However, the most important thing to note here is his way of "defending" himself, and replying to other people's threads. It might be because he has gotten all this flak that he is behaving this way, but still.
Unlike JoJo he does not argue about people's opinions, he go right for the person who sais it. For example when JoJo posts about his signature (that again gives the impression that he thinks RL is a joke) he attacks JoJo's spelling, and not his opinion. He defends himself by attacking the person behind the post, which I feel is in NO WAY acceptable.
I believe that somone needs to explain these people a bit more about Forum manners, and that they need to understand that they are not the only people here, and that other people may have interesting opinions too. I do not believe Groma will react if shy or B00N spoke to him, so I sugest Ironman for this job.
Now it is important to note once again that I am not trying to assault these two, I do not want them kicked, however that might be an option that we need to look at if these problems continue. What I would preffer, is that we find a solution for this, but it seems to me that such a solution will take a lot of work from us all.
I believe it all comes down to how much time we can spend, and how much we can afford to spend on this matter. With the recent clashes between the guild parts, I feel it is important that we come to a solution to this.
