What do the higher lvl Conqs recomend,I guessed it was down to playstyle,But I have always used Duals, with all my feats in Carnage, what are the pro's and con's of each one?

Well, I'm quessing it's the same as barb.

Dual are for the highest dps output, 2H for utility from stuns/knockbacks.

Volw is correct in the assumption that DW > 2H for DPS.

Your sig is wrong... hence you are not correct! :D

It's mainly a matter of playstyle as you can pull most of the same tricks off with either dw Carnage-oriented conq or 2h Brute-oriented conq, some things are tougher to do than with the other path and a few things are exclusive to the feat path.

With dw Carnage you indeed have stronger sustained damage on top of melee area attacks and a mountain of bleeds. Whereas with 2h Brute you get a lot more utility abilities (2nd knockback, short stun, short but powerful snare for example). Main difference between them is that a Carnage conqueror is stronger solo while Brute shines brighter in groups.

Tanky stuff both can do, it just takes more effort with Carnage as you'd need to switch to 2-hander to keep Guard of Dancing Steel up. Dancing Steel's basically conqueror's shield: where guardians and templars have their physical washboard which gives them various stats and +5 shielding conqueror's have Guard of Dancing Steel which gives them a counterstrike chance when hit and +5 shielding.

Vice versa with Brute you can actually pull off some pretty evil damage bursts but you have to time it right as it requires cranking up to Frenzy stance where you take double damage (170% with Guarded Frenzy) and some cooldown abilities.

Hard to say which is stronger for PvP as although Brute offers them very good utility abilities a well played Carnage conq can tear through his enemy before he feels the need for such in single combat. Both give a lot to their group in bigger scale PvP. So i'd suggest just going with what feels most fitting to yourself. Been thinking of trying dw Carnage at some point although i'm loving my Brute build, both paths are quite viable for a lot of things although tanking with dw Carnage conq requires weapon juggling in combat and recommended a handful of defensive feats from general soldier tree.

Ive been specced into both DW and 2h and I stopped at 2h.

Mainly because its super hard to sell your conq to a levelling group as a DPS'er. Then they are going to get a assassin or some other stuff even though the DW has some extremely nice buffs and can almost kill as fast as an assassin imo.

So i went back to being a tank. Although a guardian is better at that the conq. still can take quite a beating and still have nice buffs if you stand behind him.

Also I find that 2h do better at solo. Surely in DW you can kill extremely fast but mobs often come in clusters of 2-5 and a DWer cant take that many mobs - a 2h will do that better ( Guarding steel combo etc )

It's the WoW-mentality drilled into people's heads that in most cases classify conqueror as a subpar tank than the class' actual performance, same with dark templar. Just like back in WoW prot warriors were favoured over feral druids and prot paladins even though all of them could tank every encounter save for a couple exceptions equally well. It all comes down to individual player skill, even moreso in Conan where the difference between the soldiers' performance is a lot smaller than the tank classes in WoW.

So thinking in lines of "Brute conq = tank, no damage; Carnage conq = dps, no tank" is at best fallacious.

For example with me Brute build i can take down a mob of same level or couple above in just a few seconds when i pop all the bells and whistles to do so (Knock it back, hit Frenzy stance, Volcanic Rage, Lumbering Hulk at which point my damage output's more than doubled and it's dead in a few swings).
