Hi all friends.

Finally got off my a** and made the registration for the forum.

I play AoC on fury and hang in the TS while playing....not at the moment though, i have to work sometomes.

For those who might recognics my name, but not sure where...
I have used Macgorm on my main character, in different games,
for the past 7-8 years.

EQ on the Rathe server, guilds: VoF(Visionaries of Fire) and before that AiF
Switched server to Vennril Sathir and joined Mortalis.

Played EQ2 for 2-3 month at the release, was way to buggy for me, so i quit.

WoW for maybe 6 month, nothing wrong with the game, but i was not for me...it felt to "easy".

Before you go nutz on that statement,remember this:
I came from one of the top guilds in EQ. We raided 6days/week and was among the first to break new content serverwide.

I moved to Vanguard. and have played it since beta.
I still plays and raids, but the game lacks in content as soon as you reach maxlevel besides raiding (witch can be boring in the longrun)

Now i started with AoC, and thanks to Skullsmasher i ended up on Fury.
I NEVER played on PVP server earlier, so this will be something new in alot of ways!!!

Ohh, yes...i managed to meet a duo on white sand island...8-10lvl's above me, ganking lowbees (like me) and campkilled all at rez-platform.

BTW, your not invounerable when spawning again...i learned that the hard way :D

Theres enough quests in Tortage to skip White Sands.

And spawn kill must be a lot of fun for some people.

Got smacked while turning inn a quest, when I got out of the talk screen I was dead....

Yea the loading screens after dying are annoying. I mean what the hell's it supposedly loading? Even if you're ressed by someone stood right next to your corpse you'll get a loading screen. I don't mind the instancing per se as it's the price to pay for the beautiful game world but i do feel the res loads are needless.

Oh if you're getting spawncamped, there's nobody close enough to respond quick and your time in loading screen exceeds the immunity buff which now seems to be working more reliably try hitting "hide" button ONCE when your "Reading content" bar finishes but you're still not seeing the world. If you didn't hit it too early you should be stealthed once you can see the world again.

After that you can just move away from the camper(s) or change instance from that little arrow next to your minimap.

True that, but wasnt expecting nor paying much attention since I was in friendly city, not going to happen again for sure.

Aye as it's free-for-all PvP rules growing additional eyes around your body pays off. Consider no place "friendly" where people are PvP-enabled - which is pretty much everywhere except main cities (Tarantia, Khemi, Conarch) outside Tortage.
