Two level sevens (myself being one of them) bring down a level thirty four Pirate. That'll teach him to be PvP flagged in the lowbie zone. :D

There are several ways somebody can be PvP flagged. They can go into a PvP zone around a port that is under attack, they can switch it on for LULZ or they can be a pirate in a ship that they are not meant to be allowed to sail, like a ship of the line or heavy cargo ship. This guy was in a cargo ship, thus PvP flagged.
