What do you do when you are playing TF2 and the sides are obviously so unbalanced that one side has absolutely no problems storming the other side and gaining win after win?

And i really try to balance the teams cuz its more fun to try owning the whole team by yourself when your allies can't than letting them to pwn all and all i get to do is stand on the point so it caps faster.

Same as Phara. I tend to score better and generally pwn a bit more when on the losing team since they don't expect any sort of resistance...
