Character Migration Updates

As Twilight’s Hammer is filling up, the migration to this realm will be closed on Monday May 9th. We have no plans to open future migration to this realm. If you want to move there from one of the five eligible realms this is your last chance.

The following realms will be open for character migration from Wednesday May 11th until Wednesday May 18th:


Silvermoon (PvE) --> Turalyon (PvE)
Bloodscalp (PvP) --> Kor’gall (PvP)
Burning Legion (PvP) --> Kor’gall
Shattered Hand (PvP) --> Kor’gall
Skullcrusher (PvP) --> Kor’gall
Stormscale (PvP) --> Kor’gall


Kor’gall will be opened especially for this migration. While it is also possible to start new characters on this realm, please be aware that you must expect it to be populated by higher level characters very quickly

So, now that Character moves is a reality from Silvermoon, what is our take going to be on this?

Personaly I hope that alot of the pesky enchanters in IF taking my market will move, but myself id preferably stay.

Hope vry many will leave (inner sanctum especially) so we can get more space and mayb kill some outdoor raid boss (badly want unmelting ice girdle and typhoon) and less lag.

how about we all move? think most ppl will have the veiw that they dont wanna move so therefore the secondry server will be less populated i.e.

Problem is, it will be a major effort moving everybody + what about friends in other guilds?

you have only 1 week to move.
people who take a break atm might feel left behind if you move server without them.

If we were to move, there would be a great advantage in us beeing a major factor since our numbers are so high so we could basically rule the realm + AH... Of course it would be sad for those befriended with other guilds, but basically there should be nothing wrong moving more guilds...

hmmm, am torn - less queues n lag would make a bif diff - I too have been stuck queue'd - and waited nrly 5mins just for each n every AH page to load up....but there are a few ppl I wudnt want to leave... ideally a ton of ppl decide to migrate and thus solve the issue for now .. but who knows if that will happen? :cool:

TBH, I think we are better off hoping that all the chavs move instead :)

If we move, anyone who happens to be away at the time and misses it will have be left behind - that's pretty much the main reason I'm against it.

I'm staying. I've not yet seen anything that really puts me off. Sure I've had a few times when I had to wait 2-3 min. to login and ofc. there's the lag at the AH/Bank area of IF. But if Blizzard gets their finger out and implement the new AH things they talked about (linked AH's in all major cities) then the lag won't be as bad I hope.

True and it would be so sweet, now we will probably never be able to get the non instance bosses. But to just move from all friends on the realm is hard. And to move to some new server without the guild would be crap. If you are unlucky all the "major" guilds there are not recruiting ppl and you end up without friends and no possibility to do some serious raiding.
