My ticket was just answered via email. And to my amazement, its actually quite useful.
In regards to your ticket about General Drakkisath's blood there is a known issue currently causing the blood to be only lootable by the first person unless the loot setting is set to free for all.
We appreciate that setting the loot to free for all can lead to other problems but it is currently the only way around this problem. If you are able to assemble a trustworthy raid and use this setting then all dropped bloods will be lootable, however I must stress that the GM team will not intervene if any players take items which they did not have verbal permission for.
There you have it, this is something that we should be able to do when doing ubrs with guild, I think. Just remember to do it before the Drakkisath, I believe all items he drops will still be rolled for.
