Have any of you guys had any dealing with a company called Mindfactory (http://193.158.75.21/)?

I ask as I'm having problems with a delivery that was supposed to reach me before Xmas, on the phone they give me a date, and that time keeps passing, so I phone them again, get another date....

I'm pretty well at the point of cancelling the order, but don't want to as their price is good, and UK stock of the part is not good.

Any feedback you can give me, simply do they have a good or bad reputation?

I heard a similar story from a colleague .. he ordered a new LCD, MF failed to deliver on time, telling lies on the phone etc.

Eventually the LCD arrived (3 weeks late) with a higher amount invoiced compared to the ordering confirmation..

I didn't pay by credit card, in fact its one of those long nasty stories, my brother who lives in Austria, knew what I was after, found it, paid for it by electronic transfer, then told me!

I've checked about the web and found no real horror stories about that company though, and reports of them being very helpful, so time will tell, to make things worse, at the moment I can't contact my brother, think he may have gone on holiday :(

To add insult to injury, I could order it in the uk for next day delivery now
