As you will know, we have had some recent network stability issues with our current network provider. We have found it is in the best interest of our clients to switch providers to restore our service back to what you are used to with UK Web.Solutions Direct. The new network provider’s cables are already in place and our main server is now running over the new network.
We are trying to keep the downtime during this change over as short as possible; there will be few moments downtime whilst the IP’s on the server are updated and the cable is swapped from one switch to the other to connect up to the new network. This will take on Saturday the 7th of May from 11pm onwards... [snip]
Hopefully we can expect a decent improvement this time :)
