Hellgate London - Magic numbers

Are there any special numbers that I should know in the game like I need X ammount of stun resist agains a lvl 31 mob and for each level you add to the enemy I should add X ammount of resist. Am interested in all those kind of numbers since right now I am just putting together my gear randomly with what to me looks good.

Havn't played it for ages, but it doesn't really matter, the effects seem to stack, so no matter what sort of resists you have, they will go down.

I don't think devs know either, they don't seem to know how most of the stuff works really (they've even admitted that in one of the interviews lol).
