I knew it! No wonder some kills took forever to get whit the Scatterpistol. :(

The bug is still in existence, as it has been now for over a month. The continuance of this bug is unacceptable to say the least. It is a direct nerf to the NC empire, our HA weapon is a shotgun, our pistol is a shotgun and our AI Max uses shotgun weaponry.

This bug is directly affecting the fun factor I have while playing, it is very frustrating to know you should have killed a guy (enough shots have landed) then have him turn around and waste you because you had shots register that did zero damage, ZERO damage to the guy. This is complete BS, and is for me, ruining my overall play experience. This must be fixed ASAP.

Also, Devs, do not bother saying you cannot replicate it or you are adding something into the game to help track it. NO NO NO, I want to see hard results I want to see a fix. If this bug continues to occur you will only further prove your worthlessness to me. Do your job and fix this crap.

There is a bug with shotgun projectiles. We think we may have a fix for it for v3.7 Still tracking it down really for a solid fix.

Yeah it still exists :(

The NC have the biggest prob heh i never thought of that but I play with shotgun a lot in my other chars and it can be really frustrating idd :(

i always thought that ppl should be dieing more to my scatter... sometimes i wade through a sqd, other times i get taken down by 2 guys :(

How the dumbfuck can you actually manage to MAKE a bug so that it registers 0 damage? it makes NO sense to me at all, with my small knowledge of programing.

Easy mate, it could be an issue with lag and client-side hit detection.

well as far as I have figured, the client estimates your hits compared to where your cof or "hitbox" is located in comparison to where the enemy player is on YOUR screen, meaning that lag has nothing to do with it...

And a hit detection.. well I find that rather strange but ok..

this bug is a shame.
its hilarous that i have to waste 2 shots on cloakers sometimes.
even had a cloaker that took 3 shots to kill at point blank.
usually i carry only 1 jackhammer box so thats a serious issue to my ammo management :P

Yeah Daymare it's aboyut client and server. Yoou see that you hit, the server doesn't see that :p

It's the same when in a fight you think you are behind the enemy but it turns out he was behind you (it happens most in towers when both are very close).

I thought it was my pc or connection. I recently emptied all 8 shots from my sweeper into a TR agile, with all 8 shots registering as hits. He didnt die, now I know why :mad:

tbh cloaker's should be restricted from havein' dark light
but that's just my opinion :P

I think the bolt driver is bugged too in kinda same way....
I usually make 2 shots on most ppl before I die, but the last shot does not do any dmg...( Indoor combat)

I've also had to use 3 shots on 1 nme.... Did dmg with first, no dmg at second and killing with third....( From a hill )

I know I hit them because of the yellow mark :(

I've been on a okay ping and frames atm except for indoors :o

Well, I must've had this bug from the start. I still can't kill anything with the JH. I'm usually dead before I get the 3rd shot off (sometimes 2nd) at an enemy with an MCG.
And, as they are useless at any range, I find little use for this weapon.

I've tried some practice JH shots with Echor a while ago and it seems ok then, but in a live situation I'm better off with an amp pistol.

Talking pistols, has anyone got a supply of the TR pistol (can't remember what it's called). If so, can I borrow a few, that's a gun that seems to work well for me.

I think I have a toon in my jojo locker to be honest. I never use em since I prefear a "inf youre face aproche" when killing peps as a cloaker so the Scatterpistol is my choice.

Just give me a heads up ingame when playing and il take a look and see if I still gott em and if I do you can get them all. I think if I still have em its about 10-20.

Thanks Jojo, I'd appreciate a stock of those. As you say the NC pistol is nice close up but the TR one is good at medium range which is what I want sometimes.
