RAM: Here I haven't decided yet, some help would be appreciated :(
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-K8NXP-SLI

Graphics Card: GeForce 6800GT PCI-E, haven't decided which company yet.

Ram wise, well it depend whether or not you are going to be overclocking if so the corsair stuff seems to do well allthough its pricey, if not then go with crucial ram from http://www.crucial.com excelent reliabilty and lifetime guarantee (which i have used post one day receive 48hrs a new stick back)

I'd go along with Mastacheif on the ram, but if you do want to overclock, you could just buy ddr 500 (which runs happily at ddr400 speeds) and keep options open.
Also nice to see a decent power supply, often overlooked by people :)
BTW there are 3 versions of the 3500 AMD chip, the original Newcastle core on the older larger chip, the Winchester and then the Venice on the newer smaller chip, the first is usually bad at overclocking, the second better and so on. Also the memory management changed from the Newcastle, the others are slightly faster, lastly the venice has addressed some issues with temperature reporting, and not booting if very cold.

So you're saying the best choice would be the Winchester?
What about OCZ ram? Is it any good? They area bit expensive but they got some cooling shit on.

The Venice is the one that everyone wants, for the reasons I gave, perhaps I didn't make it clear?

Yes its good, but are you intending to seriously overclock? If you aren't, its money wasted imo.
The heatspreaders are a sales gimmick, they don't do anything, many people have taken them off and found no difference whatsoever.

I see, what about Kingston RAM? I've heard it's the most reliable. Not really in overclocking tbh and yeah i just read what u posted again so forget the questiona bout the CPU :D

Alright I'll see if i can find Crucial RAM in any shop here.
Oh one more thing, i should use DDR2 right? And i was thinking 512mb in Dual Channel is that good or shall I put 1gb in the normal way (not Dual Channel)?
I'm a noob i know :(
What about the graphics card? Any company suggestion? Are the other parts ok? :D
edit: bah and again one more thing (:o), is it worth getting the Athlon 64 3800+?

I'd recommend at least 1Gb, but in 2 slots, so that you get the benefit of the extra speed of Dual Channel
For Crucial here (http://www.crucial.com/uk/store/listparts.asp?Mfr%2BProductline=Giga-Byte%2B+Motherboards&mfr=Giga-Byte&cat=RAM&model=GA-K8NXP-SLI&submit=Go) is a link to the memory that fits it, its not DDR2, but ordinary DDR, also at the bottom of that page is a phone number for them

Its faster :)

I meant 512mb RAM in Duial Channel (so 2x512) :D
Does DDR2 fit that m/b?
I know it's faster heh but it's like 100euro more expensive, that's why I ask if it's worth :D

That board only takes DDR, so no need to splash out on the DDR2 :)
